Indigo is an artificial intelligence platform that uses chatbots and machine learning to automate communications between companies and users. In these months it is starting to develop the first international projects, as CEO and co-founder Gianluca Maruzzella tells us.
“We are starting to work with Bayer for a Supradyn product chatbot to be developed in multiple languages: Italian, English and French. It will be the first opportunity to use our services in a language other than Italian – he explains – We are very happy with this expansion and we are already working on other international projects ”
In October Indigo became part of the Fintech District community “because it is where the biggest players in the Fintech sector as well as banks and insurance companies are channeled”.
This innovative startup is starting to work with these players in a logic of customer care, automating most of the conversations that come into input and also supporting them in sales activities. For this reason, explains Maruzzella, “we believe that being part of the Fintech District can help us get in touch with new players of this ecosystem. It could be interesting for them as well to get to know an innovative startup like Indigo and our artificial intelligence solution”.
At the end of November Indigo will be a guest of the MailUp Marketing Conference where it will show how chatbots can really support companies from a point of view of re-engineering the internal and external processes, therefore also in relation with end users. “We will present those that are the 8 main takeaway notions, based on our experience to build chatbot experiences that are truly successful”.
